The Canon K30350 power supply is a "soft on" power supply. This means that the power supply only outputs current on its primary outputs when it is triggered. You cannot simply test the output with a digital multimeter to determine if your current power supply functions. If your printer does not power on the issue could be the power supply or the circuit board.
